Delivery Charges:

Delivery to all London Post Codes is FREE.

This is a promotional offer that we aim to continue for ever. Delivery comprises both the costs of shipping (delivery) and handling (warehousing, picking and packing) which are sometimes charged separately.

The reasoning behind the offer is that we are a London company and we want to provide value to Londoners instead of the usual approach which is to rinse the average Londoner. Also it should be cheaper to serve London customers as we are based in London. Unfortunately our warehouse is currently situated outside London but we are in the process of shifting it within the M25.

Delivery outside of London is a flat fee of £15.

We are happy to serve customers outside of London but we are not specifically targeting them hence the fee which recovers all our costs with respect to shipping and handling.

Delivery Partner

All our deliveries are delivered by ANC Express. This can be confusing when they leave their card but we assure you they are not asking for money for South Africa. They are a very good courier and they will always leave a card if you are not in.

If delivery was attempted and you are not inANC Express will leave a card. You will need to ring the number on the card and arrange to have your order redelivered. Alternatively you can also pick up your order directly from their depot.
