We are based in South London. We want to serve customers in London. We are certain that this proves the customer experience, not least that you know that we can come to your door in an emergency situation. Unfortunately we have to admit that our warehouse is not yet based in London, but we promise as soon as we get enough orders the warehouse will be shifted to within the M25.
Small
We are small business just starting out, not that this is an excuse for large business. You the customer are critical to our survival. We are not getting thousands of orders so can give each one some tender loving care. We dont have hundreds of staff so every employee is empowered to fix your problem immediately.
Compensation
Our customer service is based on a right first time belief. If we have failed you, our customer, we want to compensate you for this failure. This we believe lets both parties quickly draw a line under the failure and allows you, the customer, to fell safe in ordering from us again and recommending us to your friends.

We correspond by email. This is an advantage to you as:

Records are kept, we cant say we have lost details of your call.
Decisions by both parties can be considered along with all the available information.
We realise there is a delay between you sending the email and us answering. To help alleviate any stress we aim to confirm receipt of all emails as quickly as possible.
